Taste of Romania now in Papeback
Taste of Romania has now had an incredible record of success. After 14 years as a hard cover book it has had 2 editions and 4 re-prints. Now, its publishers, Hippocrene Books, New York, have published an updated version in paperback. Check my website for details on how to buy it.

Dear Nicolae,
As I left Romania in 1989, I often tried to cook by myself Romanian delicacies to remind me of my "good old times". I tried your “mititei” recipe and I can tell you they taste the same like the ones I enjoyed in Bucharest 30 years ago.
